Welcome to REIX Ventures, Inc. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Software as a Service (SaaS) platform (“Service”) operated by REIX Ventures, Inc. 5. Fees and Payment

By purchasing a subscription or other paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined at the time of your purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund and Returns Policy. REIX Ventures, Inc. reserves the right to change the pricing or payment terms at its discretion, with notice of any such changes communicated to you.

• Auto-renewal: Subscription-based services will automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal fees unless you cancel before the renewal date.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality provided as part of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of REIX Ventures, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted no rights to any intellectual property owned by REIX Ventures, Inc. except as expressly set forth in these Terms.

• THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
• THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
• THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REIX VENTURES, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL REIX VENTURES, INC.’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REIX Ventures, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Antonio, Texas for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.
