3. Trial Periods and Demos

We encourage you to take full advantage of these trial periods to ensure our platform meets your needs. No refunds will be issued for purchases made after the trial or demo period expires.

4. Subscription Renewals

If your SaaS purchase includes a subscription, your account will be automatically renewed according to the subscription terms. You may cancel future renewals at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting customer support at support@reix.co. Please note that cancellations apply to future billing cycles only, and no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once payment has been processed.

5. Exceptions to Refund Policy

While our general policy is that all sales are final, we may, at our sole discretion, consider exceptions in the following cases:

  • Billing Errors: If there has been a billing or payment processing error on our part, we will correct the mistake, including issuing any applicable refunds.
