REIX Pro subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your account settings. If you cancel within the first 30 days of a paid subscription and are not satisfied with the service, contact us at reix-2@polsia.app to request a full refund.
To request a refund for a REIX Pro subscription, please contact us at reix-2@polsia.app with your account email and reason for the refund request. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
